Anger gets a pretty bad rap. 2016 has been the year of expression for me.
I’ve expressed a WHOLE lot of anger…
Alot of stuck anger.
Alot of stifled anger.
Alot of repressed anger.
Alot of anger about not expressing my anger.
Our culture tend to treat anger a whole lot like sadness.
(Most of the time, it’s not really welcomed…)
